I am an avid outdoors person. Snow skiing is my very favorite sport and I make numerous trips in the winter to Utah and Colorado to ski. I also enjoy water skiing, golf, hiking, mountain biking and our beautiful state of Arizona has it all. I grew up in Seattle, lived in New Jersey for a number of years and moved to Arizona to be closer our son and enjoy the amazing weather.

Easy as pie... Actually easier than pie...
When you first say "I am thinking of buying a home" your friends and family tell you their horror stories. I had the best experience where my mortgage lender was not only extremely helpful, but knowledgeable and willing to answer the myriad of questions that I had throughout my home buying process. I actually had two other homes not come to fruition that I offered on, but the third time was the charm. Terri and her team held my hand through the process and over the year it took for me to find my first home. The ease of communicating with Terri via phone, email, or even text made it easy for me to complete the paperwork needed for mortgage pre approval to closing of the loan. Even better was that my closing costs at the end were beyond my wildest dreams to not write out a check where I needed additional space to write out the amount.
